Description
As the sun sets, guests can start their iftar with traditional dates, pickles, and snacks served at the table on arrival. The guests can then head to the beautiful Garden Bar with mezzeh and salads from the Mediterranean tradition while the hot mezzeh and bites are freshly made à la minute. Ready for the big bites, guests can savour a fine curation of main courses at the live counters including a Lamb Ouzi station and fresh catch of the day. As the palettes are primed, guests can indulge in scrumptious grills at the BBQ stations featuring lamb koftas, shish taouk, tiger prawns, vegan koftas, and juicy chicken shawarma. This is perfectly complemented by fresh juices of the Ramadan tradition including tamarind juice and jallab.
Buffet with the inclusion of Garden Bar with salads, starters if a Hummus Bar with over 10 Varieties of Hummus, Hot Mezzeh, Live Stations for Main-courses including but not limited to Lamb Ouzi, Mixed Grills , Seafood, Catch of the day and Desserts as well as water and Ramadan Juices.
